Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions:

* Gift Certificates expire 3 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

* In certain instances an extension can be applied.

* Gift Certificates are not redeemable after the expiration date (NO exceptions).

* Gift Certificates are non-redeemable for cash.

* Certificate MUST be presented at the time of the service.

* Cannot be used for retail purchases.

* Gratuities are not included.

* Substitutions cannot be made on Spa Packages & Package Series,

  however, you may use the full purchase price of your gift certificate toward any services of your choice.

* If you are using a Gift Certificate as your form of payment please present it to the

  Front Desk Co-ordinator upon check-in and prior to receiving your service.
